🛑 When you feel your stress level rising 🛑 When anxiety tries to take you out 🛑 When you BEGIN to feel overwhelmed

LOOK WHOEVER OR WHATEVER STRAIGHT IN THE FACE, SMILE AND BOLDLY BUT POLITELY SAY

JUST GIVE ME 5️⃣‼️

Then ➡️➡️ YOU’VE GOT OPTIONS

Breathe, stretch, walk, pray, put on some uplifting music, turn on one of the 5:15 am prayers, text a prayer warrior, quote a scripture, look at a photo that makes you smile, close your eyes, lay your head back, play some ocean waves and go to the beach for a moment.

It’s ok to pause and reset family .. YOUR SANITY IS AT STAKE‼️‼️‼️

YOU MATTER AND SO DOES YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

Who will be impacted if you don’t take 5 minutes every day or every hour, if you need it, TO CALM YOURSELF DOWN AND FOCUS ON YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

Who’s committed to taking 5️⃣ today minimum???
